Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a three-vehicle road traffic collision in Nenagh, County Tipperary which resulted in one woman being airlifted to hospital with serious injuries on Friday, 19 September.
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to the incident at approximately 8am on Friday morning on the R498 at Latteragh, Nenagh.
A female pedestrian, aged in her 50s, was brought by air ambulance to University Hospital Galway to be treated for serious injuries.
Gardaí confirmed there were no other injuries reported in the collision.

An examination of the scene has now been completed by the Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.
Any road users who were in the area between 7.45am and 8.15am on Friday and may have camera or dash cam footage are asked to make it available to the investigating Gardaí.

Gardaí said investigations into the collision are ongoing.
