A man was pronounced dead following a fatal workplace accident in County Limerick
A man, aged in his 70s, has been pronounced dead following a fatal workplace accident at a premises in County Limerick.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the workplace accident in Garryarthur near Glenroe and Ballyorgan shortly before 4pm on Wednesday, September 17.

The man's body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick where a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) were notified and are attending the scene.
